The selectable \u201epre heating function\u201c and the continuation of the regulation function in case of thermocouple failure will guarantee a longer life for the HP heating elements for the gooseneck and nozzle heating system and reduce interruption of production. This temperature controller can be configurated for several requirements with the integrated PC-interface.<\/p>\n<p>Config. 1 = Standard configuration with pre-heating function and thermocouple failure<\/p>\n<p>protection<\/p>\n<p>Config. 2 = pre-heating function, thermocouple failure protection and night reduction<\/p>\n<p>Config. 3 = pre-heating function, thermocouple failure protection and second Thermocouple as overheating \u2013 protection.<\/p>\n<p>With the frontal PC-Interface an optimal and quick configuration can be created, imported into the device or exported from the device.
