This temperature controller can be configurated for several requirements with the integrated PC-interface.</p>
<p>Config. 1 = Standard configuration with pre-heating function and thermocouple failure</p>
<p>protection</p>
<p>Config. 2 = pre-heating function, thermocouple failure protection and night reduction</p>
<p>Config. 3 = pre-heating function, thermocouple failure protection and second Thermocouple as overheating – protection.</p>
<p>With the frontal PC-Interface an optimal and quick configuration can be created, imported into the device or exported from the device. With this interface, a graph, as displayed on the next page, can be recorded.</p>

<p>Original diamond, the hardest of all materials, reduces the processing time. You can work either with two graduated roughnesses (rough and fine) or only with a middle roughness.</p>
<p><strong>Easy</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>You can produce a clean and precise surface with less grinding and with less pressure.</li>
<li>By the diamond covered abrasive surface of the whole diameter and of the front area, we can ensure a high precision in the rotation and form of the sealing and mating area.</li>
<li>There is no need to take care of a special rotation direction as there is no wear of the cutting edges.</li>
<li>With the delivered centering ring, we can ensure an exact alignment of the gooseneck and nozzle tip to the centering of the clamping plate.</li>
<li>The sealing and mating areas can also be reworked in hot condition.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Durability:</strong></p>
<p>The strong one-cristal-diamond is very resistant. It grinds all strong materials like steel, glass, ceramics, wolfram karbid, stone etc. Because of this extraordinary resistance in wear we can ensure that the hard zinc cinder and other residues can be ground out easily and without abrasion. The temperature resistance of up to 500° additionaly reduces additionally. You can clean the grinding area with the ultrasonic-toolcleaning- machine (FISA) or with one of the according acids.</p>

<p>The nozzle tips, as well as the nozzle body are designed according to flow technological aspects. The mass of the nozzle tips is distributed in a way, the direct thermal radiation will avoid a freezing of the zinc in the tip of the nozzle.</p>
