<p>Original diamond, the hardest of all materials, reduces the processing time. You can work either with two graduated roughnesses (rough and fine) or only with a middle roughness.</p>
<p><strong>Easy</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>You can produce a clean and precise surface with less grinding and with less pressure.</li>
<li>By the diamond covered abrasive surface of the whole diameter and of the front area, we can ensure a high precision in the rotation and form of the sealing and mating area.</li>
<li>There is no need to take care of a special rotation direction as there is no wear of the cutting edges.</li>
<li>With the delivered centering ring, we can ensure an exact alignment of the gooseneck and nozzle tip to the centering of the clamping plate.</li>
<li>The sealing and mating areas can also be reworked in hot condition.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Durability:</strong></p>
<p>The strong one-cristal-diamond is very resistant. It grinds all strong materials like steel, glass, ceramics, wolfram karbid, stone etc. Because of this extraordinary resistance in wear we can ensure that the hard zinc cinder and other residues can be ground out easily and without abrasion. The temperature resistance of up to 500° additionaly reduces additionally. You can clean the grinding area with the ultrasonic-toolcleaning- machine (FISA) or with one of the according acids.</p>

<ul>
<li>cleaning of the gooseneck in acid bath</li>
<li>the used shot sleeve will be pressed out of the gooseneck</li>
<li>gooseneck will be reworked</li>
<li>a new shot sleeve</li>
<li>new shot-sleeve will be pressed into the gooseneck and honed to exact dimension for the plunger</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>If necessary, of course all additional repairs are done after clearance:</strong></p>
<p>For example:</p>
<ul>
<li>drilling out the heating cartridges</li>
<li>insertion of chrome steel cores for the heating cartridges</li>
<li>insertion of a new cone sleeve for the nozzle (flow properties)</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Due to the flow optimization in the channel of the gooseneck as well as the optimal coordinated cone seat for the nozzle body, turbulence in the metal flow and the resulting air inclusions are excluded.</p>
<p>With these angular drillings, it is possible, to remove theheating cartridges without removing the heated nozzle.</p>
