]]> The digital controller for nozzle and gooseneck temperature control is a new controller generation on micro computer base for precise temperature controlling. The selectable „pre heating function“ and the continuation of the regulation function in case of thermocouple failure will guarantee a longer life for the HP heating elements for the gooseneck and nozzle heating system and reduce interruption of production. This temperature controller can be configurated for several requirements with the integrated PC-interface.

Config. 1 = Standard configuration with pre-heating function and thermocouple failure

protection

Config. 2 = pre-heating function, thermocouple failure protection and night reduction

Config. 3 = pre-heating function, thermocouple failure protection and second Thermocouple as overheating – protection.

With the frontal PC-Interface an optimal and quick configuration can be created, imported into the device or exported from the device. With this interface, a graph, as displayed on the next page, can be recorded.
