With the delivered centering ring which is put into the die plate opensided, a very precisely fitting for the nozzle and nozzle tip can be reached.

A precisely sharpened body of tool steel is in the core-grinding-area and on the end wall covered with diamond dust, that is exactly embedded in electro - platinized nickel.
