The nozzle tips, as well as the nozzle body are designed according to flow technological aspects.
The mass of the nozzle tips is distributet such that the direct thermal radiation will avoid a freezing of the Zinc in the tip of the nozzle.
Material: forged hot working steel 1.2344.
Heat treatment: through hardened under vacuum
Processing: we grind the fitting area of the cone
We offer nozzle tips with and without threads.
We can produce nozzle tips acc.to customers requests, if a larger number is ordered.
